Even though these issues are quite rare, if you do receive a damaged product, we will replace it with a brand-new one.
Policy of No Cash Refunds
Any completed transaction is not eligible for a cash refund. Customers will have the choice of an exchange or store credit to put toward the purchase of another item in cases of size and color problems. We do not accept returns and there will be no cash reimbursements.
Regarding Defective or Damaged Goods
Even though these issues are quite rare, if you do receive a damaged product, we will replace it with a brand-new one. In the event that you receive a defective item, kindly get in touch with us and describe the product and the issue. Within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item, we will thoroughly check it to determine whether you are eligible for a replacement due to defect.
To exchange products
We propose the size in accordance with our size chart, our clients' height, weight, and preferences for them. If you're unsure about the size or color, we suggest going to the actual store to look at all the alternatives and choose the one that suits you best.
After receiving the merchandise, we will handle the exchange request within 1-2 business days. If the item you'd want to exchange is no longer in stock, we'll let you know straight away.
Conditions for Exchange:
We offer returns within 2 to 3 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to approve your request for exchange if two days have passed since your purchase.
- All items must still have their original tags on and be unworn and unwashed.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The request for an exchange must be made the day of delivery or the day after.
- In the event of an exchange, you will have to bear delivery charge.
- Your exchange will charge NRS 100 as delivery fee if it is made inside the Kathmandu Valley.
- We do not accept exchange for anything purchased during our clearance sales, whether they were bought in-store or online.
